Our Story

Born from frustration, built for protection. Wolven gives homeowners leverage and delivers high-performance homes without compromise.

If you’ve tried to build or improve a home, you know the feeling: shifting quotes, missed expectations, and a maze of disconnected players. And if you haven't, take our word for it. Our founder lived that - up close - while trying to add ADUs in his own backyard. He felt vulnerable and without leverage, nickel-and-dimed by a process that shouldn’t be so complicated or expensive.

As a career Air Force acquisitions officer, the patterns were glaring. Housing operates in stovepipes: design here, engineering there, construction somewhere else... with misaligned incentives at every hand-off. In the Air Force, he learned that disciplined systems design and integration collapse those gaps: align the team, standardize what matters, measure performance, and protect the mission.

Wolven was born from that lesson. We run as a pack - unifying design, engineering, and delivery - to remove friction, restore leverage to the homeowner, and raise the bar on quality. The result is a higher-performing home: stronger, safer, and more affordable, not just at purchase, but over its lifetime. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just rigorous design and process innovation that turn confusion into clarity and risk into reliability.
