While the styles can fully transform the feel of an ADU, each has the same ICF construction for superior performance, safety, durability, efficiency, and long-term value.

What You Get

When you purchase a Wolven ADU plan, you’re getting a fully engineered, permit-ready construction plan, designed specifically to exceeds California building codes and the City of San Diego’s requirements. No guesswork! We've already obsessed over the details for you and we’ll handle everything you need to get your ADU permitted and built, with fewer headaches along the way.

Each plan set includes:

  • Architectural drawings: Floor plans, elevations, and layout details for your ADU

  • Structural engineering: Signed and stamped calculations and drawings for foundation, walls (ICF), roof framing, and seismic requirements

  • Title 24 energy compliance documents: All required documentation to meet California’s energy efficiency standards

  • Site-specific adjustments: Tailored to your property’s slope, orientation, and local zoning if needed*

  • Permit-ready formatting: Delivered in the exact format your city’s permit office expects

  • Build-ready clarity: Detailed enough for any licensed contractor to price and build confidently

 

*In San Diego, this means your plans are ready to submit with minimal additional input! On occasion, a location will require additional time due to requiring an on site visit.
